What it is: Points on purchases

Cost: The terms mention no membership fee: you just register in the MUSE app, on the website or in store

How it works: Every AED spent at Faces and other MUSE stores earns points: 1 on Bronze, 2 on Silver, 3 on Gold. The terms' example: AED 1,000 of spend gives AED 10 to spend on Bronze, AED 20 on Silver and AED 30 on Gold. You can pay partly with points via the MUSE app; points last 12 months.

Pros

• Earn and spend points across 750+ brands, not just Faces

Cons

• Discounted items always earn 1 point per AED whatever your tier; no points on VAT, gift cards or vouchers
• Base points expire after 12 months, birthday bonus points after 6
• Per the terms, complimentary delivery is valid only for addresses in Saudi Arabia

How to earn

• Collect 3 points for every 1AED spent source
• on qualifying discounted items you will earn 1 Base Points for every AED 1 spent, irrespective of your tier status source
• Gold Members will earn at a 6% rate across Participating Stores. source
• Members will not earn points on exclusion items, including but not limited to the following: VAT source

How to redeem

• The available value of your points that you are able to spend is calculated as a percentage of your points, depending on your tier source
• Members can pay via a combination of Points, Cash and Credit Card(s) on one Transaction. source
• Members must have downloaded the MUSE App to redeem Points as payment. source
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash. source

Tiers

• Bronze — 0–9,999 status points in 12 months
• Silver — from 10,000
• Gold — from 30,000 (30,000 in 12 months to keep Gold)

Points expiry

Base and bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date earned; the birthday bonus for 6 months
