Cost: Free; joining gives you the Silver tier
How it works: Member Rates: under the programme terms, 5–10% off the Best Available Rate when you book on ghadiscovery.com or in the GHA DISCOVERY app; the website says “10% or more”. On top of the discount, hotel spend earns the programme's own currency, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$): 4% on Silver, 5% on Gold, 6% on Platinum, 7% on Titanium; D$1 = USD 1. D$ come off the hotel bill at check-out: rooms, upgrades, dining, spa, golf and Experiences. Your tier depends on nights, spend or the number of brands in a calendar year.
Who can get it: Anyone; membership is free and no bank card is needed. It pays off most for people who often stay at GHA brands: in the UAE these include Anantara, Rotana, Kempinski, JA Resorts, NH Collection, Nikki Beach, Paramount and Oaks

Cons
- Member Rates depend on availability and may not apply in peak periods; the terms give a 5–10% range, not a price for a specific hotel
- Spend paid through third-party booking sites may be credited only in part, down to nothing
- D$ expire: Silver after 12 months, Gold after 18, Platinum and Titanium after 24
- You have to re-qualify for your tier every calendar year
- Platinum and Titanium upgrades and late check-out depend on room availability; presidential and multi-bedroom suites are excluded
- The terms do not describe combining it with cards and associations (Mazaya, Fazaa, Esaad, ADCB)
